The traditional Northumbrian farmhouse at Harlow Hill has been entirely renovated and appointed to an exceptional standard to provide a truly unique holiday home.

Working with the original, character of the building whilst complimenting it with the very latest in modern conveniences, the result is a truly stunning property generously accommodating 12/14 people in 6 exceptional bedrooms.

There are 2 deluxe style rooms with kingsize beds, ensuite facilities and south facing views over the surrounding fields to the Tyne Valley, another double with kingsize bed and one large twin room, all of which feature their own flat-screen TVs. Together with two further twin rooms, this completes the impressive bedroom selection in the Guesthouse.

In addition, there is a large comfortable sofa bed located in the ground floor sitting room which once again, boasts south facing views over the open countryside. The thoughtful addition of a ground floor shower room provides added flexibility for accommodating an extra couple of guests or for those who find stairs difficult.

As well as the ensuite rooms, there are two further well appointed contemporary family bathrooms meaning you'll never have to queue for a bathroom again!

Boasting its own snooker room with TV, a dedicated WiFi room with boosted wireless internet access, huge farmhouse kitchen with range cooker and all modern appliances, the guesthouse is the ideal location for a family get together or special celebration.
